In this area we advise our clients in relation to all the aspects of property and obligation rights on real estate. This is a subject area which practically every natural and legal person encounters. Additionally, a lawyer must have an in-depth knowledge of the entire corpus of real estate law to be able to advise his clients properly. In this subject area we also prepare all types of legal transactions and represent our clients in negotiations with regards to the conclusion of such transactions, often we also represent clients in litigations relatating to the (non) existence of property rights and in the process of harmonization of the land registry state with the actual state. We also represent our clients in non-litigious proceedings relating to real estate and with the resolution of relationships pertaining to real estate (the dissolution of co-ownership and joint property, the creation of condominiums, etc.).
